About Margot

My name is Hannah Raskin and I’m a junior at Riverdale Country School. Growing up I have always been aware of Parkinson’s disease as my great grandfather and grandfather both passed away due to the disease. More recently, my uncle was diagnosed and it fostered a deeper interest for me to find ways to help patients any way possible. Through Teens Combating Parkinson’s, I am able to participate in activities that help me feel included within the Parkinson’s community and meet other teenagers with this common interest. I am so thankful for all the experiences this organization has given me and can’t wait for more in the years to come.

Hi, I’m Margot Levy, and I’m a junior at The Spence School. My grandpa unfortunately suffered from Parkinson’s disease, which sparked my interest in Parkinson’s and my desire to educate others about the condition. Teens Combating Parkinson’s emerged as the ideal platform for me to channel this passion. I’m so excited to embark on this journey to raise awareness about Parkinson’s disease, especially among teenagers, as it is often overlooked within our age group
